The Strong Scanner App (hereinafter referred to as "Strong Scanner" or "we") attaches great importance to protecting users' personal privacy. Strong Scanner will collect, manage, and protect your information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations to ensure the security and controllability of your personal information. This policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our services, as well as your choices related to that data.

If you are under 18 years of age (or the age specified by local law), please read and fully understand this policy with the accompaniment of your guardian, and use our services or provide us with information only after obtaining the consent of your guardian.
Your agreement to this policy means that you have understood the functions provided by Strong Scanner, as well as the necessary personal information required for the operation of each function, but does not mean that you have agreed that we can collect non-essential personal information.
For non-essential personal information, we will separately seek your consent based on your authorization during use. If you refuse to allow us to collect non-essential personal information, it will not affect your use of basic service functions. We mainly collect your personal information to make it easier and more satisfying for you and other users to use our services. This personal information helps us achieve this goal. We commit to not collecting personal information unrelated to our business or cooperation, and to store relevant personal information in accordance with applicable laws, administrative regulations, and national standards.
(1) Personal information you provide when registering for an account or using our services;
(2) Personal information you share via the app and personal information stored while using the app.
That is, personal information shared by others when they use our services.
Personal information we collect, aggregate, and record while you use the app.
When you choose to log in via a phone number, WeChat, or other third-party accounts, it represents your agreement for us to obtain authorized shared information from your phone number, WeChat, or other third parties (including nickname, avatar, etc.), and represents your agreement to bind your third-party account information with your account in our service, allowing you to log in and use our services directly via a third-party account, and enabling data synchronization across different devices through this account. We will use your authorized shared personal information in accordance with agreements with third parties and relevant laws and regulations. If you refuse to allow us to obtain your authorized shared information from third parties, you will not be able to register and log in via WeChat, QQ, or Weibo accounts, nor will you be able to synchronize data through these third-party accounts.
During your use of our services, to maintain the normal operation of basic functions, improve our products and services, and make it easier and more satisfying for you to use our services, we will collect and store information about how you use our services. This information includes:
(1) Log information: When you use our services, we may automatically collect detailed usage information about our services, which is saved as network logs for product maintenance and iteration. Log information includes your login account, accessed query content, IP address, browser type, telecommunications operator, network environment, language used, access date and time, and web pages visited, Push open records, crash records, dwell time, refresh records, post records, follow, subscribe, favorite, and share information to record whether the product is operating within legal limits.
(2) Device information: We may collect device-related information based on specific permissions granted by you during software installation and use (including IMEI, IMSI, MAC address, SUPI, SUCI, IDFA, UUID, WIFI BSSID, SSID, Serial, SIM card IMSI identification code, device model, operating system and version, client version, device resolution, package name, device installation list, process and software list, unique device identifier, hardware feature information, algorithm-derived unique identifiers), device hardware serial numbers, device location-related information (including IP address, GPS location, and WLAN access point, Bluetooth, and base station sensor information). Contacts, call records, calendar, SMS, phone number, images, audio and video.
(3) External storage information: We will collect external storage permission information from you, used to provide you with problem tracking, diagnosis, and statistical services to ensure the safe and normal operation of products and services.
(4) Application device installation list: We will collect your application device installation list to provide you with a smoother product service experience and problem tracking, diagnosis, and statistical services to ensure the safe and normal operation of products and services.
We will collect your device information, location information, log information, and storage information. Non-sensitive personal information will only be stored for 7 days, and sensitive information will not be stored. We will not transmit the above information overseas in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
At the same time, to collect the above basic personal device information, we will apply for access to your device information permissions. We collect this information to provide you with our basic services and basic functions. We will combine the information you provide or generate, process, and analyze it to create user profiles and related risk control records for your account. We collect your information to ensure the security of your account, network access, and application operation. If you refuse to provide the above permissions, you may not be able to use our products and services normally.
Please note that standalone device information and log information cannot identify specific individuals. If we combine this non-personal information with other information to identify specific individuals, or if we combine it with personal information, it will be treated as personal information during the combination period, except where we obtain your authorization or unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations. We will anonymize or de-identify such personal information during the combination period. This information will be handled and protected according to this privacy policy during the combination period.
Cookies are small files consisting of letters and numbers that we store on your browser or computer hard drive. They contain information transmitted to your computer's hard drive.
Our services use cookies to collect information about your browsing activities and distinguish you from other users of our services. This helps enhance your experience while using our services and allows us to improve the functionality of our services.
1. We will not sell your personal information to third parties, but we may share some user information with our affiliated companies, service providers, and partners. We will only share your personal information for legitimate, lawful, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes, and we will conduct due diligence and sign contracts to ensure that third-party service providers or partners comply with national laws and regulations and the commitments made in this privacy policy.

The technical means we use include but are not limited to firewalls, encryption (e.g., SSL), de-identification or anonymization processing, and access control measures. Additionally, we continuously strengthen the security capabilities of software installed on your device. For example, we perform partial information encryption on your device to consolidate secure transmission; we understand the application information and running processes on your device to prevent viruses, malware, and other malicious programs.
3. We have established specialized management systems, processes, and organizations to ensure the security of personal information. For example, we strictly limit the scope of personnel who can access information, requiring them to adhere to confidentiality obligations and undergo audits, with penalties for violations. We also review these management systems, processes, and organizations to prevent unauthorized personnel from accessing, using, or disclosing your information without authorization.
If there is a leak, damage, or loss of personal information, we will initiate an emergency response plan to prevent the incident from expanding. After a security incident occurs, we will promptly notify you via push notifications, emails, or other forms about the basic situation of the security incident, the preventive measures and remedial actions we are taking or have already taken, and our recommendations for your response. If it is difficult to notify each individual, we will issue warnings through announcements or other means.
While we protect your personal information, you also have the right to view and edit your relevant information. You can perform the following operations through the following methods:
1. You can log into your account in the [Me] interface, enter the [Account & Security] interface, and view your account information.
2. In the [Me] page, click the [Settings] icon in the upper-right corner, then click [List of Collected Personal Information] to view the personal information that has been collected.
You can request us to delete your personal information under the following circumstances:
1. We violate laws and regulations by collecting and using personal information;
2. We violate our agreement with you by collecting and using personal information;
3. We violate laws and regulations or our agreement with you by sharing or transferring personal information to third parties, in which case we will immediately stop sharing or transferring and notify the third party to delete the information promptly;
4. We violate laws and regulations or our agreement with you by publicly disclosing personal information, in which case we will immediately stop public disclosure and issue notices requiring relevant recipients to delete the corresponding information;
5. We terminate services or operations;
6. In the following cases, your request may not be accepted, and we will explain the reasons to you:
(1) If you are not the subject of personal information or your identity as the rights holder cannot be verified;
(2) If your request exceeds your rights or you repeatedly make the same request;
(3) If the information involved is related to compensation we need to pay or receive in disputes, and disclosing the information would likely harm our interests;
(4) If retaining the information is solely for statistical and research purposes, and the publication of statistical and research results does not disclose personal identity information;
(5) Other legal circumstances.
The realization of each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed. If you withdraw your consent or authorization, we will no longer be able to provide the corresponding functions and services or process your corresponding personal information. For example, if you agree to authorize us to obtain your location information, storage, call status and mobile network information, camera, or other permissions, we provide ways to revoke the collection of personal information authorization. You can set this in the [System Permission Management] interface under [My] - [Settings]. However, revoking your authorization will not affect the information collection and use that occurred prior to your revocation.
You can change the scope of personal information we continue to collect by deleting information, disabling device functions, or making privacy settings on terminal devices or applications. In the relevant accounts of our services, you can also revoke all authorizations for us to continue collecting your personal information by canceling your account.
When you no longer use our products and services, you have the right to choose to cancel your account information. The steps for cancellation are as follows: After logging into your account, go to the [Settings] under [My], then select [Account Security], and choose [Cancel Account] to proceed with cancellation. Please note that the act of canceling the account is irreversible. At that point, we will stop providing products and services related to the account, and you will lose access to those products and services and any associated benefits. We recommend you proceed with caution. After you complete the cancellation, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except as otherwise required by law.
You can contact us via the method provided in the "How to Contact Us" section. After verifying your identity, we will provide you with a copy of your personal information upon your request, except as otherwise required by law or this policy.
In technically feasible circumstances, if the data interface matches, we can transfer your personal information copy directly to a third party designated by you.
To ensure security, you may need to submit a written request or otherwise verify your identity. We may first require you to confirm your identity before processing your request. For your requests, we will respond within 15 working days.
For reasonable requests, we generally do not charge fees. However, for multiple repeated, excessive technical means (such as developing new systems or fundamentally changing existing practices), affecting the legitimate rights and interests of others, or impractical requests (such as involving information stored in backups), we may charge a certain cost fee. For unreasonable or inappropriate requests, we may not be able to respond.
In the following circumstances, we will not be able to respond to your request:
1. Related to the fulfillment of legal obligations by the personal information controller;
2. Directly related to national security or defense security;
3. Directly related to public safety, public health, or significant public interests;
4. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
5. The personal information controller has sufficient evidence that the personal information subject has subjective malice or abuses their rights;
6. To protect the life, property, or other significant legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or others, but it is difficult to obtain their consent;
